I have been charting OTC stocks like this one since 2009, and doing very well using chart tools. It is one of the few tools there is other than just raw DD. News is Trumped by sellers selling the news, and Buyers with no news makes many of the real rallies, and the charts show that buying trend change.

Charts can be minute by minute, short term, medium term or long term.
