OMG, the "prer14a" actually gets worse:

"The request for a meeting was relayed to Mr. Mir, and the requested meeting was scheduled, but it had to be cancelled due to a conflict in Mr. Mir’s schedule related to Company operational matters."

WHAT "operational matters"? There's practically NO "operations" to even have "matters"! And he couldn't reschedule?
