Location location location:
If 2017 was the year of preparing the soil and planting the seed, 2018 will be the year that sees the seeds grow. I expect that our biggest news will be the amount of locations “sold” and the amount of locations opened.
How will the new locations add value to the bottom line? Will the locations be successful enough to warrant attention to open more locations in the future? These will be the most important questions to ask during the year.
Distribution:
As Snakes starts to “conquer” new ground in the US, I expect that the distribution side of the business will grow. I expect this side of the business to be directly impacted by the growth of the new locations.
Publishing:
This one remains largely a mystery. We know at least 1 game will be published early this year. What is the impact of this new branch of the business? We all hope that the new game is a hit. But what if it isn’t? Will this new branch generate losses to the business? If so, can the losses be sustained by the other parts of the business? If the game published is not a hit, but not a failure either, how will this new branch benefit from this scenario? I expect these to be important questions to ask and answer this year.
Natural Stuff:
Not much to say here, let’s see what management can do with this new acquisition.
GRO3:
