The lawsuit is against NOHO, INC et al. Regardless of past or present management, shareholders will be effected if NOHO loses the cases. Don't give a rats hat when they were commenced, but being a lawyer, one would think Mersky would have conducted a check, not hard to do as the issues were already filed against NOHO before he took over. So when he took over, he assumed responsibility for those cases. Ignorance is no excuse for the law.
