My point is that since About July of 2015 I've been watching Cognate hiring. Installation of clean rooms for Cognate and advent at same time by same manufacturer. I've watched NWBO add language to their last 10q that they are currently working on expanding for DCVax-l production in UK and Europe in addition to currently negotiating said contracts. I am following NICE and paying attention to how that timing indicates possibility of earlier approval back home in the U.S. I'm watching the fact that the public should be receiving a DCVax-l publication any day. I'm watching guidances that may help DCVax-l early AA if they were successful.

Sure, Cognate might be expanding for somebody else, but I'd lean toward their primary expansion being for DCVax-l.
