I am worried, please help me, someone.

I voted my shares which are held by 2 brokerage houses. Schwab's shares were all accounted for and voted as per my instructions.

The second brokerage is E Trade and only 1/2 of my shares appeared to have voting rights. They are all held in 3 sections, my cash account, my ROTH account and my IRA account.

My worry: Do I own fake shares? Why would only 1/2 of my shares be recognized for voting? Both 1/2's were purchased before 12/9 although I have picked up a few more after 12/9/17.

Any guesses? Thanks and Peace and I sure hope some kind of news is told at the ASM which I am sorry I can't make because it is being held on a Sunday, a day of work and worship for me.

the man on the phone said he never heard of a ASM being held on a Sunday. Never. Oh Well, thanks for going Flipper. Wish you could live broadcast it on you cell phone or something. Sure you will ask the correct questions, even if you don't get any answers. LOL.
