Trading is not like life. In life we learn from our mistakes. In trading most seldom do.

Controlled dilution can be a good thing.

But in penny-land, gross dilution from insiders who have essentially received free shares in a company that isn't profitable usually spells the beginning of the end for retail shareholders.

This is fairly common knowledge.
