Hmm, I'm on Epic's list and I didn't get an email or text yesterday.

Scanners:
Etrade Pro has a Strategy Scanner that is quite complex. It took a while to get used to it. The High/Low Ticker is simple and useful.

Finviz.com is a good scanner but doesn't include OTC.

I've heard that Equityfeed.com is good but I've never tried it.
