Its intresting that no one speaks re the oppurtunity re the biss plan and current mgmt sees one or they would not be advancing there plan..

So as the bal sheet improves [ real estate for sale as well = liquid cash ]
and tradeing at the lows = Risk vs Reward...iam in .0059 and may add or wait untill news re EURO LICENSES which they are 12 ish days late on.

I trust current mgmt and the over all plan and a improving bal shhet as well as total assets to total libilities about 1.6 to 1.8 ish ratio.

Time will tell ...the people posting here are negitive because the own it at higher prices ....that has NOTHING to do with is it RICH OR CHAEP OR FAIR VALUE.....
