So I bought some Merguez sausage. Now what should I do with it? I imagine a sort of stew to put over couscous, but don't have any specific ideas. And the only harissa Whole Foods had was obviously not authentic, and even more obviously way too expensive. But I can make my own. Worried that I don't have any ras el hanout, though.
