Nonsense, That’s not how it works. Let's say a trader currently has a block of 20 million shares (block position) of TPAC to sell. This is a "Block Position" sale, that broker sells retail orders, then buys from the customers Block Position. But instead of buying at $.0001, the Block Position Fee is deducted. The trade is then executed at $.000098 or $0.000099 via a W or Form T trade.

It is all dilution, it is coming from printed shares, and Mckay has Gagged the TA.

FYI, there is never a good reason to gag a TA, none whatsoever.
