How about the company uses their current cash on hand for an acquisition, and then uses the cap raise funds for reserves and working capital. Another thought is, as of today, they do not plan on acquiring a company, so their intent is to use the cap raise funds for reserves/working capital. And in a few weeks/months, mgt decides to purchase a company. Mgt didn't intend to use it for an acquisition at this time. But the opportunity presented itself after the fact. Both somewhat misleading, but, they get the company they were looking for and don't technically mislead the investment community. I've seen stuff like this in the past. Not saying either scenario is the case here. Just pointing out it has been done by other companies in the past. Just my 2 cents. I'm long. Looking to add some more once I sell some other stuff.
