Even BIELs CEO say he has to reverse split here...Have you ever been through a reverse split? Not pretty down here. On paper was supposed to be even. But reality loses you half easily. Want to be holding through that? Some hope you "just get them out". But dont accept their gains to losses.

ONLY on paper does a RS look right. In real life you lose any investments. half easily. Should be weird to see who rode it out. We have a ton more. Buying here is OTC suicide. Even the SEC shows this may shutdown.

When youre told 20 Billion shares and climbing is good. Ask yourself, then how come its never ever been that way. Is BIEL to change that. Or is BIEL and folks out to sell you a pipe dream. Id say B.
