Hate to be a broken record here but I fail to understand why Mr. Li couldn't have manufactured these prototypes two years ago within the confines of his immense manufacturing empire in China and then shipped finished product to America.

His US sales force could have been pounding the pavement aggressively selling tire pressure gauges, gears, body parts and other various sundry items applicable to the medical field.

What am I missing?
