I like the word gullible. Its not me but it is a good word. If you actually believe the money is NOT for an acquisition.....that leaves me speechless (which many would welcome). You had asked for reasons why anyone would buy at $3.50 and I said "because the stock is trading above $3.50" and the other reasons. I stand by my statement in spite of your efforts to distort reality.

VirTra MUST do some sort of acquisition OR they must buy back a ton of stock BECAUSE if they do the cap raise in the future and are sitting with $10 to $15mil on their balance sheet then the company will get taken over and there is nothing that can be done to stop it. I have to believe that a guy like Ferris has a nice short list of potential companies to buy.

The stock will likely be trading at 3.50 to 3.70 for some period of time before they would pull the trigger on the raise. Or maybe they up the offering to $5 or $6 and increase the number of shares to raise a BUNDLE for even bigger and better things.

All just speculation and guesses of course.
