I am not sure on what basis.

IF ""THIS"" Crqe has failed, they have the right to move forward.

Now if any remember anything differently chime in.

The GAS SCRUBBER was a patented product, NOT OWNED BY CRQE, but was licensed.
The scrubber is what made imho this unit unique or ECO friendly if you will.

Anyone can take garbage and turn it into power, but to do so pollution free or very low impact was the BIG DEAL.

ANd my guess is that THE BOYZZZZZZZZZ own the rights to the patent.

AND by owning the rights to that, they have if you will the right to move on with it...........

But I am NOT A LAWYER so this is just my opinion
