Currently, the company is saying no reverse split is forthcoming and they would like to move to a big board eventually which requires $1 min pps. With a 2.6 billion share OS how does this happen? I imagine if thing's continue to progress quickly and investor interest stays strong, they may look at retiring shares at some point. If things stall out, well, I've seen many CEOs change their tune about the whole RS thing...
