Another update on Court Case

IVDN filed a new document on Tuesday with the court.

This document has ben sealed, I assume until the case is over, perhaps permanently.

There are 11 exhibits in this filing.

It is my well-considered opinion that these documents are all related to the disqualification of the FTC's expert witness

His conflict of interest is well-documented

IMHO, this could be the end of the road for the FTC.

They have no evidence to support their claims, and in fact there is AMPLE evidence that the Insultex House Wrap is EXACTLY what IVDN has claimed for years now.

All they have done, other than to slow down IVDN's development and marketing of the house wrap in the U.S., is to PROVE out the company's intellectual property.

Next up, the FTC responds to the Motion to Disqualify on Friday 1/26, and then there are oral arguments in court on Feb 6 for a final determination to disqualify the FTC expert witness

It is my opinion that the outcome of that hearing is set in stone

The judge can end this case at any time, also IMHO, but I think she is being very careful to make sure that when she does, there are no more avenues for the FTC to explore
