Just want to point this out from Delek's official PR and details of the partnership.

"1.9.1. Operator identity, rights and obligations
Gulf Slope Energy, Inc. Serves as Operator under the JOA (" the Operator").
Under the rights acquisition agreement, after a commercial find in the exploration
drilling in at least one Prospect, Delek will be able to elect to replace Gulf Slope as
Operator or to appoint an affiliate as Operator. "
