FCC becoming more efficient dust bin managers.

Here's a sample of why I have said here before that some matters just don't get done at the FCC, and they don't say anything about it until maybe once or twice a year, if that often.

300 decisions as example. Until the laws covering the FCC are tightened a lot of the people at the FCC will continue to take long lunch breaks. Commissioner O'Reilly has written quite a few blogs about the need to establish 'real' timelines, written about that often in the years he has been there, but scant little changes. Appears they have to empty out the file cabinets now and then, or sort of like the last sequence of the movie 'Raider's of the Lost Arc', except the FCC doesn't have that large of a warehouse or a roller cart.
