I'm filing a complain tomorrow morning at SEC whistleblower program,

It seems to me that Bertsos is following same agenda as in Newlead, nevertheless it's lighter,

This PR is totally vague,

If they have agreed on purchasing the new vessel then they should file a complete and signed Bareboat agreement, instead of this crap they filed!
