Currently in a six (6) month contract for five million (5,000,000) restricted shares and one thousand dollars ($1,000) per month beginning 5/16/2017 & ending 11/16/2017

So They have not represented FERN for 2 months, the run occurred AFTER their contract ended.

Seems odd Wong would have told you anything, but if you say so...
