Good points--if nothing else Management realizes to get filthy rich or (even richer in the GREEN) you need retail shareholders to support all stages of growth and who also don't mind growing their capital and taking risks in order to obtain huge rewards! Everyone involved can grow their wealth faster by keeping the collective end goal in mind.
