Just to be devil's advocate. Maybe the skybot was purchsed from Bob jones for a 'token' 1$ or something like that just to finalize the paperwork with him having patent rights still or something like that. If it was a non-material amount it wouldn't have to be in a 10Q IMO, particularly if it was part of a classified government possible contract that it seems we aren't getting for skydragon, etc.
