From the sounds of the Friday PR. I think the financials are done, they're just going through the lawyers and getting posted now. PT*P ran into a 5-10 day waiting period issue when they tried to file their's. I think that same waiting period is what we're waiting for here with PMPG.

Once the fins are filed, also from Friday's PR, it sounds like the acquisition is essentially a done deal as well, it just has to wait for the financials to be done to go through.

This is all IMO from re-reading Friday's PR.
