Wonder if Schadel diluted/Gave shares to the employee that fell of the truck as part of the arbitration agreement recently ordered by the magistrate, or maybe he is desperate for funds and dumping everything he can after the recent $500k judgment, or perhaps he’s just struggling to keep his exotic life going/pay his lease with ltncs money as no assets or revenues left.
