Interest lawsuit recently filed against the CUBV insiders that ran this ticker as a pump&dump for years (Alex Procopio, Luke Zouvas, Mark Zouvas, and Jonathan Shiff)

The lawsuit was filed by Margaret Willett who alleges that Jonathan Shiff approached her in 2010 and touted Cuba Beverage Company as some amazing up and coming energy drink company getting her to invest $150,000 (which she received because of the death of her father) in the company in exchange for 2,000,000 shares equal to 5% of the O/S at the time, but the group took her money and never delivered her shares - ripping her off.

The rest is history. CUBV was used as an ugly pump&dump/insider enrichment scheme for years by the Procopio/Zouvas/Zouvas/Shiff group.
