NO because you would be covered under if you will a GOOD SAM thingy,UNLESS OF COURSE you were charging him storage fees , then he had recourse.

Now if your house burn down due to a careless act ON YOUR PART, yes he would have recourse, left a pan on the stove or fell asleep with a cigarette in bed
