ranger.... I too own 55000 shares, and 195000 escrow shares... I started buying wmih stock before Nate Toma spilled the beans on inside trading by the hedgies...this just reinforced my decision to keep on buying more stock, even though I could not foresee the judge would award old common shareholders stock in the newco.....I always believed in the stock market that, "you don't need to see where the sugar is, just follow the ant trail"...another axiom I live by is that, "the sign to the goldmine always point in the opposite direction"....as you can surmise, I am a contrarian investor, simply because I know greed is ingrained in human nature, as "survival" is the first trait of humans....so be assured you will get your money, at some point when the court system runs its course...as you know, with the disbursement of money, one never gets a second bite at the apple... the courts must be absolutely sure every law and statute regarding each level of tranche is absolutely correct...these big boys have a lot of lawyers on their staff too... good luck..
