I suspect that the delay has to do with the poor understanding of the reasons that the blood concentrations of 2-73 do not correlate strongly with dosage.

Without understanding what the issues are controlling blood levels ALL trials are at a much higher risk of failure. That includes the Rett trial.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
