Actually, today filing of the 8k shows upon acquisition they will do a reverse split. By the looks of it, this will be a larger reverse for the new company to assume 80% of the float.
They would need to reduce the current shares too or below 3.4 billion or less.
I would expect the reverse split to be anywhere between 10 to 25/1.
This could be more if the company intends to reduce the A/S at the same time. Reducing the A/S would help increase this company"s share price quickly to the price required to regain the listing back the OTCBQ market.
I see this as a viable avenue to stabilize the price above the .01 price level and still be a great price move up on the merger, to increase the total number of shareholders in the company.
