looks kind of dead but who knows. basically they are saying we are going to liscense our products to ourselves and we will get proceeds from an ICO.

checked the site. they don't even mention an ICO date. so as far as money coming in they don't really say how or when.

im unclear on if they are stating this is a subsidiary or not. doesn't sound like it. I believe mr kay may have created another company outside SFOR. with the intent of paying a small liscense fee to sfor and then him developing a coin for his new outfit.

not knowing if SFOR owns blocksafe technologies is a pretty big deal. my bet is they don't and kay intends to make money outside SFOR via an ICO for blocksafe.
