The UK should halt their Brexit self-inflicted harm scheme, but they won't because their dislike of Polish Catholics is so much stronger than their desire for economic prosperity.

Having greatly expanded their sales in Europe whilst the UK was part of the EU, Colman's risks losing a big portion of those new sales due to import tariffs after they leave the EU single market. If Colman's loses a big percentage of their EU sales, those production jobs won't exist at any location.

It's not as if Colman's Mustard is going to save any money by replacing 80 workers in the UK with 80 Germans in Germany.

If Unilever moves production from Norwich to a suburb of Hamburg a worker would need $4,243.33 (3,546.41€) per month in Hamburg to maintain the same standard of life that they can have with $3,800.91 (£2,800.00) in Norwich.

We've run out of other people's Social Security taxes needed to subsidize our low income tax rates.
