The company can't even update their profile and share structure with the OTC. The transfer agent is gagged and says they don't update OTC, but OTC says all numbers are verified with the transfer agent. Somebody is lying! Continental Transfer won't give out the share structure to shareholders.

We will have to wait until the next filing comes out to get the true share structure. The OTC site does not include the 20 million shares Victor purchased.
