CEO owns 30% of the Company and other insiders have holdings as well, they have been working hard to avoid dilution during the uncertain times up till now. Today they have a secured deal and have very litte financial commitments, if they need a few millions they can get it without doing a PP beeing diluted at 10cent. They can wait untill NYSE listing and a better share price.
