Please answer this question. Please advise who is currently "on the payroll from the high level experts in the industry announced over the last few years?."

All - as a shareholder you need to separate the fluff and spin from the truth. I have seen in the past where companies have little or no revenue the people announced are actually consultants and when things do not work out they move on and the next "expert" is announced. My guess is most of the payment is stock grants amd options which are the company's main asset at this time - additional dilution.

For companies like this to obtain funding they must have a detailed business plan detailing the market, their products/services, their plan to capture a % of the market, their proforma financial statements for the next 3- 5 years which details revenue/profit projections. This is the type of information Kelly needs to provide "assuming" they have one to their shareholders...please provide.

As Ice pointed out from Brewery, to Theme Park, to Home Security run by a lawyer???

The silence will be deafening...or will he respond to support his company to attempt to halt the bleeding...

Kelly the ball is firmly in your court...
