Big news from PACER on court case!

Filed yesterday is IVDN’s motion to disqualify, with extensive discussion as to why

Also filed yesterday is the judge’s order disqualifying him from testifying for the FTC!

As a result, it will be up to the FTC in their response on 1/26 and in their oral arguments on 2/6 to somehow pull their butts out of the fire

I have no idea how they are going to be able to accomplish that.

We are slowly grinding toward the day when this case will be over in IVDN’s favor

When this case is over, All of IVDN's patents will be PROVEN OUT, and their value as intellectual property will soar.

IMO, those patents could be worth as much as $1.50 per share OR MORE
