The Isle of Man located in the Irish Sea between Ireland and the UK mainland didn't vote in the Brexit referendum because they're not part of the UK and don't have any membership status in the EU.
But the UK has handled international and defense for Manx citizens so Man was included in the EU market as part of Protocol 3 of the UK's Act of Accession to the Treaty of Rome joining the EU. But the Isle of Man makes no financial contribution to the European Union nor does it receive any funding from the EU and it is not represented in the European Parliament.
Brexit creates a huge problem for the Isle of Man which has transitioned from a farming and fishing economy to a financial and banking centre.
