It will have court order dates, and it looks like they have been negotiating out of court and court date in Aug 2018 if negotiations have not been successful.

IMO, these are large parachute claims that FDIC has denied, but our LT has about 55 million held in reserves to pay them. It is possible that they will receive some payment as hush money so those high-end executive keep quiet. It is also IMO that their claim is the bank and holding company was never technically bankrupt but was forced into it buy the greed of FDIC and JPM.
