ALYI: StockBoomz, in answer to your question about the planned Spin-Off, a good place to start is to read the short couple of paragraphs from the article contained in the link below: defining a spin-off and how they can be Win/Win for the company and the shareholder; there are spin-offs and there are sell-offs. The Spinoff is good News for us share holders, IMO. The Article does a great job of explaining it in layman's terms
