Has no one caught this.... i think it's gonna tank personally. i hold no shares currently anymore but was thinking of getting back in.

It's probably just my lack of knowledge for the stock market itself, so if anyone can help me understand this in their statement, would be appreciated because it sounds like alyi loses and the company to get in would be the spin-off - not alyi itself...
