A comment on BP and their knowledge of AVXL.
BP is not stupid and, if as we believe, the AVXL science is safe and the efficacy is promising, what is the problem with BP attitude and what is basically wrong?
If it's not the science then it has to be management and their attitude towards advances (if any) by BP to AVXL. The lack of implementation of trials has been blamed on FDA as well as any other excuse this board can find.
Maybe there has been approaches by BP and Missling is throwing out ridiculous prices. If the goal is to get desparately needed treatment to suffering patients, Missling should be doing anything necessary to get the trials done and the drug approved. The opaque treatment given to shareholders is ridiculous and, since we don't know if there's been any progress, there's no way to make informed decisions.
The input by Falconer and Dado has been the most valuable thing about this board and maybe it's time for the shareholders to bombard IR with some demands for more clarity as to the progress and status of the patients in the Australian trials.
Regardless, if the company continues to operate with no regard for the shareholders, the share price will stay in the cellar.
