Read the Executive Employment Agreement between BSTN & Bertsos.

You can find it at page 166 of 477 of the 20F file,

It is a bit difficult to read but I trust you will get the point, with a little patience,

His compensation is described in Clause 4 and it includes a clause protecting Bertsos from the fall in the pps, with the issuance of additional shares whenever this is the case,
