Some thoughts on A&M Fees:

A&M Fees:
Year Q1 FD Q2 FD Q3 FD Q4 FD
2015 $879K 4/7 507K 7/15 624K 11/9 390K 2/8/16
2016 $484K 4/21 510K 7/28 433K 10/25 416K 1/18/17
2017 $804K 4/25 779K 7/19 671K 10/18 ? ?

Observation:
1. FD(Filing Date) by WMILT was usually done in the 2nd and 3rd week of the month following that quarter. Counting the total number of days needed to file of the past 11 quarters: 255 days /11= 23 days.
So assume fees and expenses of 2017 Q4 will be out on 1-23-2018. (It could be from 1-18-2018 to 2-8-2018.)

2. If you take a look from 2015Q2 of $507K to 2016Q4 of $416K, they were pretty consistent at $400K to $500K range. But there was a big jump starting from 2017Q1 of $804K, to 2017Q2 of $779K. From 2015Q2 to 2016Q4 the quarterly average fee was $480K. But quarterly average for 2017 was $751K: an increase of 56.5%. It showed there was a deadline to meet.

3. From 2017Q1 high of $804K slowing down to Q2 $779K and to then to Q3 $671K, it showed that job needed by A&M to get things done has been decreasing.
This was a good indication that the fast drum beating happened in Q1 to Q2 2017 and pacing was slowing down in Q3.

Please bring out the A&M fees in the next 11 days to 4 weeks. If it will be down to around $400K-500K. It will be an indication that the job is close to finish. If it will be down to $200k-300k or even lower, good news to escrow marker holders. All in all, I think the timing and delay was due to administering the substantial assets by A&M, not the real litigation. There is always a drama director behind all the scenes.
Let us wait together and see. (IMHO wild guess)
