It is NOT a 10K!! In fact, all that report proves is that Brewer never had the slightest intention of doing a 10K. No legit auditor was ever involved and no auditor is now involved.

Here is a link to real 10K filed by an OTC company. RJDG's nonsense is to a real 10K as Kindergarten is to Harvard Law School! Brewer assumes people are too lazy to research the truth and dumb enough to swallow the bait.
