As regards ownership of the vessel, most recent document is their 2016 20-F.

It has 477 pages. You can save the .pdf file, open it and go to page 129 of 477. Read from p.129 to p. 131, and you have a complete description on who owns the vessel.

As regards the number of shares owned by Bertsos, from the same document, just go to page 88 of 477, and there you have it. It's (pre rs) 31,850,000,000 or 6,370,000 post rs.

It's all in the filings, people should read carefully,

GLTA, and I believe this share is going to explode!
