The company is moving slowly toward up listing on the exchanges, but they seem to be making progress. When they appoint the two new board members, assuming they are outside the company, they will have one more step in compliance.

I thought earlier this year they would get financials out in a timely manner,(quarterly) but they have been inconsistent. I was also hopefully they would get two years of full financial audits. Maybe they will address that in the conference call. Otherwise, they are making progress.
