Where is CEO Petzel in all of this?

The complete and utter embarrassment he must feel after making so many promises and failing to deliver on each and every one of them, must be overwhelming.

I think as long as he has limited involvement in the decision-making, this stock may end up doing okay - providing they don't begin the capital raise. The outstanding share count and float is simply too low and it doesn't make sense of why they reverse stock split if they had no intention on raising more Capital by way of private placements, CD notes or other dilutive means.

In other words, there was absolutely no reason to reverse stock split at all
