The new filing designates new preferred shares with voting rights 4 times all other voting rights. Since Wayne already had super preferred voting Control, why would he designate a new class to trump even that control?
And note the Date....Nov 14 2017 and how it fits with all of the earlier hyped disclosures. Wayne is dumping this POS to run one of the baby scams....probably GCC.. He has foud the way to rid himself of this smelly pile of dung he has created here at UNGS.
I would really be P.O,'d if I had been buying any large amounts of shares since then. But then, I would probably also just be getting what I deserved for playing this scam.
