Steady T..good point

There appears to be already be a positive consequence of the delay caused by waiting on the FDA and its new rules.

IMO, the old school trials involved a basic big statistical (trial and error/ brute force) model which was driven by now dated thinking. A recent PR/just posted here on an Israeli research team effort gave some insights into the what must be the new precision medicine thinking. That team focused on a knowledge based solution which predicted what the test outcome MUST be using an AI output. It said they spent 3 yrs doing the structuring and populating the tool/model with clinically derived reasoning links and knowledge. Their actual trial simply verified what the research predicted must be true. Only a numerically smaller trial was required to establish high confidence.

In this future trial model the $$$ is spent getting ready (building reasoning tools/populating and testing). The actual clinical trial will be shorter, smaller and cheaper. The issue of course is who (what 3rd party/govt or BP) is now structured to do the new work?
